The J Team simplifies your focus to identify common patterns and tendencies in your game for you to take ownership and understand which methods are most effective for you. This enhanced awareness and understanding empowers participants to achieve and sustain high levels of performance. Dunn’s proficiency in Blast Motion technology quantifies their philosophy of connecting the cadence of your movements with your breathing and thinking. The Mindfulness and Technology Experience allows participants to identify the difference between “feel and real” allowing them to replicate motions regardless of competitive circumstances. Combining The J Team’s abilities enables participant to compete within themselves and experience new heights.
Mindfulness scientific research provides strong evidence that practicing non-judgmental, present-moment awareness (MINDFULNESS) changes the brain, and it does so in ways that anyone playing sports competitively or leisurely does so at their experiential best. At its simplest level it allows the participant to focus on breathing rather than thoughts in their mind and perform at their best in the moment.

Joshua Dunn is the creator and founder of Think Breathe Act. He learned meditation from Swami Baba Muktananda at the age of 2 years old and continues the practices of respect and love in his daily life. Joshua was given “Darshan” by Muktananda.
His entire life has included golf, he learned the fundamentals evolving from a student to a sales professional and now a teacher.
Joshua teaches clinics and workshops on the science of putting using cutting edge technology to educate golf Professionals and Amateurs in the art and feel of the putting stroke. His work has included pioneering products such as the Cure Putter and Blast Motion.
As a teacher, he generated a custom plan for each student based on their capabilities. He starts with the fundamentals of learning. educating students on the feel and science of their golf swing. He teaches a self-designed program of life skills through the game of golf.
He graduated from Marymount Manhattan College, BA Literature and Theatre. He produced his own show in 2001 Good Spirits that included Dance, Music, Poetry, theater, and art. Joshua started “Hook a Kid on Golf” programs at Riverdale CC and Cross Creek Golf Course. The program began with the fundamentals of learning. educating students on the feel and science of the golf swing.
Joshua is an experienced, results-driven, ambitious professional eager to contribute excellent communication and management skills toward actively supporting your skills.

Marc J Dunn is a Certified Lifestyle Mindfulness Meditation and SUD Recovery Coach &Trainer, Writer and Advocate.
For 30+ years of his professional career he has been an entrepreneur and business owner or held a senior management position.
Marc is a golfer with 50 years of experience, maintains a 10-12 handicap and has an excellent putting stroke with good feel and rhythm. He has developed it through Think Breathe Act. And is now bringing his other coaching skills to the Mindful Sports Experience.
Over the last 5 years his experience has included certification as a SUD Recovery Coach, Mindfulness Trainer, Behavioral Health Specialist, Trainer of Specialists and Continuing Education.
He has written for Reach Out Recovery, The Toast, I Love Recovery Cafe and others. He has appeared as a guest on The Jewish Network TV Show “To Life” and the Take12Radio Podcast.
