The J Team combines their incredible expertise to provide valuable insight relevant to every sports experience which optimizes performance and execution abilities. By developing a foundation to understand the connection between the participant’s mind and body, each participant will increase their self-awareness and capability to perform no matter the platform or circumstances.

The J Team simplifies your focus to identify common patterns and tendencies in your game for you to take ownership and understand which methods are most effective for you. This enhanced awareness and understanding empowers participants to achieve and sustain high levels of performance. Having access to McCumber’s extensive experience in the game is invaluable as he bridges the inevitable performance gaps through his all-encompassing knowledge of the game and competition at a high level.  And Dunn’s proficiency in Blast Motion technology quantifies their philosophy of connecting the cadence of your movements with your breathing and thinking. The Mindfulness and Technology Experience allows participants to identify the difference between “feel and real” allowing them to replicate motions regardless of competitive circumstances. Combining The J Team’s abilities enables participant to compete within themselves and experience new heights.

Mindfulness scientific research provides strong evidence that practicing non-judgmental, present-moment awareness (MINDFULNESS) changes the brain, and it does so in ways that anyone playing sports competitively or leisurely does so at their experiential best. At its simplest level it allows the participant to focus on breathing rather than thoughts in their mind and perform at their best in the moment.
