Occasionally there are opportunities to coach each in our applications of Mindfulness, and this is one of those moments.J Team Coaches Joshua D and Josh M took to the course to put into operation the fundamentals of Mindful Spots Experience to Josh M’s putting. Here are the results.

Joshua has a unique ability to observe basic fundamentals in the putting setup and routine. Posture and breathing are very important for a repeatable stroke that you can trust. He applies his knowledge of mindfulness and yoga to help the golfer become more aware of their bodies and hence beable to get into their body and enjoy the simple motion of stroking a putt.”
